Living Out Of Boxes

Moving is pretty stressful.  I don't recommend it.  Just stay put; you'll be fine.  It's really too big of a hassle.

I'm totally kidding, but having your 16 month old climb atop boxes marked "FRAGILE" can be a bit nerve-wracking.  I guess it's just his new indoor playscape.

It’s really amazing how much stuff you can really live without while it's in boxes.  For instance, my gift bags and wrapping paper were packed up, and two or three times I simply used what I had on hand.
Once it was a brown paper bag that I used as wrapping paper, dressed up with random stuff around the house.  Another time it was packing paper that I let Samuel color onto.  And another time, I just totally gave up and used the shopping bag that I got when I bought the gift.  Haha.

  3. He has gotten so big and is to cute.
I understand how you feel. Even tho the Army hires movers to pack us and brings the boxes to us , we are left with the unpacking and trying to make room for all the item "we just could not live without ". Sometimes it is a smooth process other times it's not. It all boils down to the size of the house for me :).
good luck, and dont stress it will feel like home in no time at all.

  4. Great pictures!!! He's so flipping cute. Not that each one of your sons isn't cute, it's just that Isaac is at that adorable age. My favorite age actually (ten months to just before three), not quiet old enough to be real stinkers, but big enough that they're little personality is really starting to define their uniqueness from everyone else in the world. It's that amazing age, watching how fast they're developing and changing. All that to say, we joke about Isaac being the favorite, but we really love them all equally and oh so much. Great kiddos you guys made.
    <3 you guys,
    Sharon
